Luscious Policy

Appointments must be booked online only. We no longer accept bookings via DMs, phone calls, or text messages.
 

A credit card must be on file to secure all appointments.
 

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive any services.
 

24-hour cancellation policy: Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will be charged 50% of the service total.
 

Package policy: If you purchased a package and fail to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, the missed session will be forfeited.
 

Medical evaluation must be completed prior to your appointment for clearance.
 

Grace Period Policy: We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled, and a 50% service fee will be charged.
 

Children & Guests Policy: For the safety and comfort of all clients, no children or extra guests are allowed unless previously approved.
 

Sick Policy: If you’re feeling unwell or have any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. This helps us keep our space healthy and safe for all.
